UAV CREW TRAINING - INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP
Flying a UAV is 100% team effort. Its easy to underestimate the complexity of flying a UAV due to its appearance. During a typical UAV mission, each member in the team has his/her role to play. Our goal is to train each member of a UAV team those roles, and then train the team members to work as a team. We provide training for UAV Commander, Test Pilot, Payload Specialist and Ground Crew.
UAV SAFETY TRAINING
Flying a UAV comes with huge responsibility. A UAV is not a toy. Aviation authorities such as the FAA and the CAA are accepting UAVs as full fledge aircraft that deserves their fair share of airspace. This means that in civilian terms, UAVs are flying in the same airspace as other civilian manned aircraft. Therefore, if a UAV team is not aware of the potential problems that may be caused by their aircraft, a serious incident may occur unintentionally. The UAV Flight Test Training course is conducted for this reason. Each part of the UAV - airframe, avionics, propulsion system, payload etc, can pose a major problem during flight if not prepared properly. We train UAV crews on various issues with regards to operating a UAV whilst paying special attention to safety. This course will also bring forth the rules and regulations currently being enforced by aviation authorities such as the FAA and the CAA but more importantly we will show where the hidden dangers are whilst conducting UAV operations.
